SEND YOUR DRAWINGExplore custom plastic spur, helical, internal, bevel, compound gears and worm wheels. Each type can be tailored to specific tooth geometry, dimensions, materials and application requirements.
Plastic spur gears customized by module, tooth count, face width and bore design for parallel-shaft transmissions.
Helical plastic gears designed with specified helix angle, module and tooth geometry for smooth parallel-shaft transmission.
Plastic ring gears with internal teeth, customized for planetary gear systems and compact transmission assemblies.
Plastic worm wheels designed to match specified worm geometry, center distance and transmission requirements.
Plastic bevel gears customized for intersecting-shaft drives, with tooth geometry matched to shaft angle and mating gears.
Integrated plastic gears with multiple coaxial gear stages, customized for compact multi-stage reduction mechanisms.
From belt profiles and pulley dimensions to materials and mounting features, specifications are customized to your drawings, belt details and application requirements.
Custom plastic gears developed to your drawings, samples or application requirements. Gear geometry, polymer grade, operating conditions and mating components are reviewed to determine a suitable manufacturing and inspection plan.

Machining and surface treatment are selected according to the pulley type, material, belt specification and drawing requirements.

Machines pulley diameters, faces, hubs and bores to drawing, establishing reference surfaces for subsequent tooth, groove and mounting feature machining.

Machines timing pulley tooth spaces or V-belt grooves to match the specified belt profile, pitch or section, with geometry controlled to drawing requirements.

Machines bore fits, keyways, threaded holes and specified bushing interfaces to suit the mating shaft and the mounting arrangement defined in your drawings.

Applies material-appropriate finishes or coatings to agreed requirements, accounting for treatment thickness on critical bore fits and belt-contact surfaces.
Material selection depends on pulley speed, load, weight limits and operating conditions. Aluminum alloy, steel, stainless steel and cast iron can be considered according to your drawings and application requirements.

A lightweight option for pulleys where rotating mass matters. Alloy grade and surface treatment are selected according to load, wear and corrosion requirements.
Suitable for pulleys requiring strength and resistance to mechanical loads. Steel grade, heat treatment and protective finish depend on the drawing and operating conditions.
An option for pulleys exposed to moisture or corrosive environments. Grade selection should account for the specific environment, strength requirements and machining needs.
Commonly used for V-belt pulleys in industrial drives. Grade and pulley construction are selected according to size, operating speed and load requirements.

Anodizing options for aluminum pulleys are reviewed according to corrosion, wear and appearance requirements. Coating type, thickness and masking requirements are specified to maintain critical bore fits and belt-contact dimensions.

Black oxide or plating may be specified for steel pulleys according to the application. Finish selection considers the operating environment and corrosion protection requirements, with treatment thickness accounted for on critical fits and mounting features.

Passivation may be specified for stainless steel pulleys to remove free iron contamination from the surface. The process is reviewed according to the stainless steel grade, operating environment and agreed surface condition requirements.

Custom timing belt pulleys, V-belt pulleys and idler pulleys for industrial machinery, automation, conveying systems and agricultural equipment, with belt profiles and mounting features specified to suit each application.
Yes. PairGears manufactures custom belt pulleys to approved drawings and technical requirements. You can submit 2D drawings, 3D models or samples for review. Belt specifications, critical dimensions and mounting details are confirmed before production.
Custom options include timing belt pulleys, V-belt pulleys and idler pulleys, subject to technical review. Tooth or groove geometry, working width, bore size, hub dimensions and flange arrangements are specified according to the pulley type and assembly requirements.
Material options include aluminum alloy, steel, stainless steel and cast iron, subject to project review. Surface treatments are selected for the material and operating environment. The material grade, finish and any treatment allowance on critical dimensions are agreed before production.
Inspection covers agreed drawing requirements, including pulley dimensions, bore fits, tooth or groove geometry, and radial and axial runout. Additional checks, such as balancing, material verification or surface treatment inspection, can be reviewed and specified for the project.
Please provide drawings or a sample, the belt manufacturer and model, material requirements, order quantity and required delivery date. For timing pulleys, include the tooth profile, pitch and tooth count. For V-belt pulleys, include the belt section and groove count. Bore, hub, mounting and inspection requirements should also be specified.
